  • details of trainees to date and details of future trainees from any training agency, irrespective of which school/facility the training is conducted at, irrespective of which country the trainees hail from, on the basis of the training course being conducted at any time;
  • details of trainers to date who participated in training courses conducted to date, as well as details of trainers to participate in future training courses;
  • information included in customer documents;
  • marketing and sales information, e.g. details concerning the services you receive and your preferences;

How long we will retain your information

Your information is stored and retained in accordance with our data retention policy. For example, we will retain your main employment details for a minimum of five years from the end of our relationship with you. This helps us comply with legal and regulatory requirements or use your data where necessary for our legitimate purposes, such as the issuance of tax statements and attestations of work experience and in order to resolve any disputes or reservations that might arise.

We may retain your information for longer periods in the event that we require information in order to comply with regulatory or legal requirements or when it is required for our legitimate purposes, e.g. to help us answer questions or complaints, to satisfy requests made by supervisory and regulatory authorities, etc.

If we do not need to retain information for this period, we may destroy, erase or anonymise it directly.
