Η DEKRA Akademie ΕPΕ employs a strong team of experts, scientific collaborators and speakers, while its permanent team consists of staff with long-term experience in vocational training and education, planning and implementation of actions for the development and evaluation of human resources, utilization of new information and telecommunications technologies, and implementation of co-funded programmes.

Dimitra Rousvanidou

Manager for Greece

Dimitra Rousvanidou was born in Berlin, where she embarked on studies in German Language and Literature. She later obtained a degree in Physical Education and Sport Science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as a degree in Physical Therapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. She completed her studies by obtaining a Master’s Degree from the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Programme offered by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science, specialising in Special Populations. She has worked as an interpreter and translator for 27 years and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Translators and of the Corps of Qualified Translators-Interpreters. Furthermore, she is a sworn translator of the Courts of First Instance of Thessaloniki and Berlin. As a handball player, she has won 3 national championships and an equivalent number of Greek Handball Cups, and was a member of the Greek National Women’s Handball Team in the period from 1990 to 1994. She is the Manager for Greece of DEKRA Akademie Ltd.

Nikos Malliaros


Nikos Malliaros

Head of Programmes

Nikos Malliaros is an economist with master’s degrees in Agricultural Economy (University of London) and in Eastern European Politics & Economics (University of Macedonia). He has also focused greatly on the fields of International Business and Service & Tourism Marketing. For fifteen years he served as a College Director of Studies and for twenty-five years he has been teaching (mostly in English) both undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the level of post-secondary education (Colleges). He has also taught numerous seminars. In addition to teaching, he has extensive experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of educational programmes covering many fields. He currently serves as Head of Programmes at DEKRA Akademie Ltd

Christina Zisopoulou


Christina Zisopoulou

Administrative Assistant

Christina Zisopoulou is a Business Administration graduate of the University of Augsburg in Germany, specializing in Marketing, Management and Environmental Economics, and also holds an Economics degree from the same university. She has 18 years of experience in administrative and secretarial support posts, as well as in the post of sales supervisor at Greek, German and multinational companies and organizations. She occupies the post of Administrative Assistant at DEKRA Akademie Ltd.




Konstantina Tsamourtzi

Head of European Programmes

Konstantina Tsamourtzi has studied Psychology and Philosophy at the Universities of Oxford and Luton, and has a master’s degree in Social Psychology. She has ten years of experience in the organisation, management and coordination of European Union programmes in the fields of sustainable development, environmental protection, mobility, cross-cultural and social integration of immigrants, development of Community Led Local Development programmes, etc. Furthermore, she has experience in the writing, submission and monitoring of proposals of public-sector agencies and local authorities for their inclusion in the National Strategic Reference Framework. She currently serves as Head of European Programmes at DEKRA Akademie Ltd



Nikolaos Stefopoulos

Tourism Training Consultant

Nikolaos Stefopoulos has graduated from the School of Management and Finance of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and has a master’s degree in adult education, the management of educational institutions and in open and distance learning from the Hellenic Open University. He has ten years of professional experience in hotel management, having served as General Manager of four- and five-star hotels. In addition, he has 25-years of experience in teaching gastronomy and hotel studies. He is currently a tourism vocational training consultant and head instructor in the courses of the Culinary, Hotel and Catering sections of the “Mentoring Dual International” programme being implemented by DEKRA Akademie Ltd in collaboration with the Greek Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) and the Hellenic-German Chamber.


Άννα Σπηλιωτοπούλου

Η Άννα Σπηλιωτοπούλου είναι απόφοιτος της σχολής «Εργαστήρι Επαγγελματικής Δημοσιογραφίας» και πτυχιούχος του τμήματος της Γερμανικής Γλώσσας και Φιλολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί με αρκετά είδη ρεπορτάζ ενώ παράλληλα έχει μακρόχρονη εμπειρία στη διδασκαλία της Γερμανικής και της Αγγλικής. Μιλάει Γερμανικά, Αγγλικά, Ισπανικά, Ιαπωνικά, Τουρκικά και Ιταλικά. Στην DEKRA Akademie EΠΕ εργάζεται ως καθηγήτρια Γερμανικών στο πρόγραμμα διττής εκπαίδευσης: “Mentoring Dual Ιnternational”, που υλοποιεί η DEKRA Akademie ΕΠΕ σε συνεργασία με τον ΟΑΕΔ και το Ελληνογερμανικό Επιμελητήριο.
